Remonstrance of the town of Raymond _______ of Nathaniel S. Littlefield & others each against the Petition of James Sanborn & others were read and referred to the committee who have that subject under consideration - sent up for concurrence.

Remonstrance of Samuel Alley & 85 others against the Petition of P.H. Green for a new county was read and referred to the committee who have that subject under consideration - sent up for concurrence.

Petition of John Parshley and others for a Horse Ferry at Bath was read and referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals in concurrence with the Senate - sent up

Petition of Solomon H. Mudge & others for a Law to secure merchants for advances made on consignment was read and referred to the committee on the Judiciary - sent up for concurrence.

An Order came from the Senate for concurrence appointing Messrs. Emerson and Chandler with such as the House may join a committee to enquire into the expediency of so altering the law passed
