292 The House took up the Resolve establishing board of Internal Improvement further amended the resolve and, when Mr Shaw of Wiscasset moved to reconsider the vote whereby, the House refused to refer the Resolve to the next Legislature and print the same in all the papers that publish the Laws of the State - the previous question was then called for and the call being sustained the question was then taken "Shall the main question be now put - which was decided in the affirmative and the question on reconsidering was then taken by Yeas and Nays and decided as follows Yeas 83 Nays 81 (see appendix page) and the Resolve referred to the next Legislature and ordered to be printed in all the papers that publish the laws of the State - sent up for concurrence
