On motion of Mr Chandler, Ordered, that Messrs Chandler, and Commons [?], with such as the House may join, be a Committee, to inquire into the expediency of so altering the law passed Feby. 27th 1833, giving remedies on Judgements rendered by Courts of County Commissioners, and prescribing the mode of levying executions against towns and plantations, as to allow persons, praying their proportion of sums ordered to be elected on such executions, and warrants, to hold their property free and exempt from such executions & warrants with leave to report by Bill or otherwise. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred, and Messrs Hinkley, Hall and Going are joined.

Resolve in favor of the town of Princeton, " in favor of the town of Baileyville, severally read a second time, and on motion of Mr Chandler, ordered to lie on the table.

A communication from the Governor, transmitting the report of Ruel Williams Esquire, late Commissioner of Public Buildings, together with his account of expenditures, and receipts for the year 1833, read and referred to the Committee on Public Buildings. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
