Saturday January 19. 1833.

Met according to adjournment -

The Resolve relating to the right of Enoch Farnham to hold seats in this House was taken up agreeably to assignment, when Mr. Pierce of Gorham proposed to amend the Resolve by filling the blang. with the name of John Wellington and the question on so amending was taken by yeas and nays and decided in the affirmative - Yeas 80. Nays 25. (See appendix page .) The Resolve then passed as thus amended.
