Bill to provide for the instruction of Youth was read a third time the amendments of the Senate adopted - further amended as on sheet P and passed to be engrossed - sent up for concurrence.

Report of Committee on Manufactures they having finished the business before them ask leave to be discharged - was read and accepted in concurrence with the Senate - Sent up.

Bill additional to an Act for the abolition of Imprisonment of honest debtors for Debt was read once the House refuse to adopt the amendment of the Senate and refuse the Bill a passage in concurrence with the Senate - sent up for concurrence.

The Committee on Engrossed Bills report as duly engrossed __ Resolve respecting highways in the county of Waldo which was indefinitely postponed - sent up for concurrence.
