Petition of William Bradbury and others for a canal, " of Jeremiah Perley, Secretary of Stillwater Canal Corporation, praying for extension of time to complete said Canal; Also for an alteration in the rates of toll on said Canal, severally read and referred to the Committee on Turnpikes, Bridges and Canals, in concurrence.

Petition of the inhabitants of Camden praying for an amendment of the law relating to the Inspection of Stone Lime and Lime Casks, came from the House referred to a Joint Select Committee consisting on the part of the House of Messrs Harkness, Spear, Huse, Heagen & Worcester with such as the Senate may join. Read & referred and Messrs. Cogswell, Emmons and Allen are joined in concurrence.

Mr. Cobb from the Committee on the Incorporation of Towns, reported order of notice on petition of Ebenezer Sawyer and others, read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence. Concurred.
