Bill regulating the survey of land, reported by Mr. Kelsey from the Committee on State Lands, read and laid upon the table, and ordered that three hundred copies be printed for the use of the Legislature.

The Senate reconsider the vote whereby they passed to be engrossed Bill to increase the Capital Stock of the Manufacturers and Traders Bank, amend the same & pass said Bill to be engrossed as thus amended. Sent down for concurrence

Bill relative to the inspection of Stone Lime & Lime Casks, was read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Mr. Labaree gave notice that tomorrow at ten o'clock he should move a reconsideration of the vote passing said Bill to be engrossed.

Bill additional to an act establishing the Salaries of certain officers was read a second time and on motion of Mr. Labaree laid on the table.

Bill to increase the Capital Stock of the Exchange Bank, Bill to set off Peaslee Morrill from Dearborn to Belgrade, Bill to repeal an Act incorporating the Universalist Society in Turner; severally read a second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.
