Order of notice on the petition of Daniel Tower Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

Bill to incorporate the Freewill Baptist Foreign Mission Society, Resolve in favor of Elizabeth Littlefield were severally read a second time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Samuel Call and John Wilkins; Read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of William King was read a second time and passed to be engrossed. Sent down for concurrence.

Mr Bradbury from the Joint Standing Committee on State Roads to whom was referred the order instructing them to enquire into the actual situation of the several roads which have been located, and made at the expence of the State, and ascertain whether it is not expedient and proper, that all or a part of said roads, should in future be considered and known as County roads; reported, that all roads which have been located and made at the expence of the State, passing through incorporated towns or organized plantations, so far as the Committee have been able to learn; are now by law known as County Roads and that Legislation on that subject is inexpedient. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.
