The Report of the Committee on the petition of Bryant Williams and others, came up from the House, the House nonconcurring the Senate in acceptance of the same, the Senate recede from their vote whereby they accepted said Report and concur the House in recommitting the same.

The Report of the Committee on the petition of Henry Richardson and others, came from the House, the House nonconcurring the Senate in the acceptance of said report and recommit the same, the Senate recede from the vote whereby they accepted said report and recommit the same in concurrence.

The Secretary of State laid on the table a written message from the Governor accompanied by a certain documents, which was read and referred together with the document to the Committee who have under consideration so much of a former message as relates to South Carolina. Sent down for concurrence.

Mr Howard from the joint Standing Committee on Agriculture, reported legislation inexpedient on the petition of Israel Mason and others. Read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.
