Mr Boutelle from the joint Standing Committee on the Judiciary, reported legislation inexpedient on an order relative to subjecting Administrators, Executors and Guardians to the trustee process. Also on an Order relative to repealing a Resolve fixing the compensation of Agents appointed upon several State Roads. Also on an order relative to awarding damages by County Commissioners.

The same Gentleman from the same Committee, made a report, asking leave to be discharged from further consideration of an order relative to individuals becoming members of Parishes.

Mr Davee from the joint standing committee on Incorporation of Towns, reported reference to the next Legislature on the petition of Abraham Smith and others; which reports were severally read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

Bill making certain interests in real estate liable to the payments of debts: read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.

Resolve providing for the distribution of certain Indian Lands, were severally read once and tomorrow at ten o'clock assigned for a second reading.
