Ordered, That a Committee be appointed to wait on the several ministers of the Gospel, who statedly officiate in the village of Augusta and Hallowell and respectfully request them to officiate in rotation as Chaplains to this House on each day of its current session - and Messrs Scammon of Pittston, Hobbs of Waterboro & Hutchings of Atkinson were appointed on said Committee.
On motion by Mr Dumont of Hallowell, Ordered, That when the House adjourns, it adjourn to meet at ten oclock tomorrow morning.
And then the House adjourned.
