Resolve for the benefit of Jabez Bradbury laid on the table by Mr Cobb, was read once, and committed to a joint select Committee to consist of Messrs. Cobb Randall and Knowlton, with such as the House may join. Concurred and McCrate Emmons Parris Bartlette of Orono and Small of Limington joined.

Resolve relating to the public Lands, laid on the table by Mr Burnham. Read twice and committed to Messrs. Boutelle Burnham and Gibson.

Bill in addition to an Act prescribing the mode of taking depositions.

Resolve for the benefit of David Mosher. Bill to incorporate the Hallowell Savings Institution.
