Duties -- investigate and study all accident factors in construction of buildings or other projects with the objective to prevent accidents in such projects and to protect the worker for undue hazards.

Members -- 2 representing construction industry and 2 representing employees of construction industry appointed by Governor with advice and consent of Council; 1 member of Senate appointed by President; 1 member of Hous e appointed by Speaker; Commissioner of Labor and Industry shall be chairman.
