Afternoon - Met according to adjournment

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Proprietors of the South Thomaston Parsonage House Company was read a third time (by order of the House) and paper to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - An Act in relation to Inholders, Retailers and Common Victuallers, was read a third time and passed to be engrossed as in new draft. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve authorizing the Land Agent to sell certain Lands, belonging to the State, was read twice and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - An Act to incorporate the Brunswick Rail Road Company, came from the Senate amended for concurrence - The House agreed thereto, and passed the Bill to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Resolve for the purchase of a fire Engine and the erection of Cisterns, laid on the table by Mr Hawey of North Yarmouth, was read once and indefinitely postponed.

Mr Lermond of Union, has leave of a absence from & after Sunday next during the remainder of the Session.

Resolve providing for opening a Road across a part of the Mattawamkeag Indian Township was read once & Monday next at 10 oclock assigned for a second reading
