32.01 -- Commissioners of Pharmacy. [underlined] Created by P. L. 1877, c. 204, § 1. Name changed to Board of Commissioners of Professional Pharmacy [underlined] by P.L. 1957, c. 304, § 1.

Duties -- promulgate and administer rules and regulations for the regulation of business relating to the practice of pharmacy and lawful performance of its duties; regu-late the sale of poisons and adopt schedules of those poisons; inspect during business hours all apothecaries, dispensaries, stores, or places in which drugs or medi-cines are manufactured, compounded, dispensed or retailed.
