Duties -- consider all laws concerning crimes and punishments and rules and regulations of the State Prison; report to the next Legislative session.

Duties -- make a thorough and complete investigation of the ac-counts and doings of the late warden of the State Prison as its warden, Superintendent, Agent or Contractor; also make an inven-tory and appraisal of the State Prison property.
