Duties -- obtain plans and specifications to alter and en-large the present State Prison to provide amply, conven-ient, sanitary, and suitable accomodations for the inmate and official population for the present and future.

Members -- Governor and 4 appointed by him, 2 of whom shall be members of each of the leading political parties.

34.45 -- State Reformatory for Men. [underlined] Created by P.L. 1919, c. 182, § 1. Repealed and replaced and name changed to Men's Correctional Center [underlined] by P.L. 1967, c. 391, § 1.

Duties -- serve as a reformatory for all males of age 16 and under age 36 who have been adjudicated juvenile offenders or what been convicted or pleaded guilty to crimes in the courts of this State or the courts of the United States or who have been duly sentenced.
