  Ordered, That the Committee on the Pay Roll be directed to make up the pay of the members including Thursday next. read & passed.

Report on the petition of Benjamin Larrabee & als, granting leave to withdraw, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Report on the petition of Inhabitants of Hollis, referring the same to the next Legislature came down accepted for concurrence the House amended the same so as to provide notice to the town of Lyman and accepted the same as amended. Sent up for concurrence.

Report on an order prohibiting persons from giving their property to Religious Institutions in certain cases, that Legislation in inexpedient, was read & accepted in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill an additional Act respecting Inholders, Retailers & Common Victuallers, came from the Senate amended for concurrence, and the House referred the Bill to Messrs Swan of Portland, Clark of Hallowell & Pond of Bucksport.

Ordered that when this adjourns it adjourn until 1/2 past eight oclock tomorrow morning - read & passed
