Agreeably to assignment the two branches of the Legislature met in convention in the Representatives Hall when Samuel Moore Councillor elect came in and took and subscirbed [subscribed] the oaths required by the constitution to qualify him to discharge the duties of that office and the convention seperated [separated]

Petition of Samuel Smith and als for a charter to build a Bridge over the Kenduskeag Stream in Bangor -of Stevens Davis and others for a Stage Company were severally read and referred to the Committee on Turnpikes Bridges and Canals in concurrance [concurrence] with the Senate sent up
