On motion by Holmes of Alfred, Ordered, that the Committee on the Judiciary be instructed to inquire into the expediency of revising an act to encourage the destruction of Crows, & also an act to encourage the destruction of Bears, wolves, wildcats & Loup cerviers with such modifications as to provide for the destruction of other mischievous & ferocious animals. Sent up for concurrence.

Resolve in favor of Gideon Robinson, was read a second time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - to incorporate the Washington County Bank, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - an additional act to incorporate the Baring Bridge, was read a second time & tomorrow at 10 o clock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Bill - to incorporate the town of Passadumkeag, was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

Bill - to repeal an act to repeal an act incorporating the first Universalist Christian Society in the town of Fryburg, was read a second time & tomorrow at 10 o clock assigned for a 3rd reading.

Bill - An Act in addition to an Act, incorporating the Hallowell Ferry Company, was read a third time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
