To the Senate and House of Representatives I communicate for the consideration of the two branches of the Legislature, the Report of the Inspectors of the State Prison at Thomaston. Robert P. Dunlap Council Chamber January 24, 1834

To the Senate and House of Representatives I have received a communication from the President of the United States, through the Secretary of War, requesting this State to cede jurisdiction to the United States, over the Arsenal in the town of Augusta. In compliance with the request therein contained, I lay the same before the two branches of the Legislature for their consideration. Robert P. Dunlap Council Chamber January 9. 1834

To the Senate and House of Representatives I communicate for the consideration of the two Branches of the Legislature, copies of the first and second sections of an Act of the General Assembly of Pennsylvania, together with a Resolution of that State, upon the subject of the abolition of Lotteries.
