Bucknam and Holmes Nash who had [ ] as Justice of Peace and David Wass for [ ] [ ] in my district Jr. Luke Whiney S[ ] by his request the his Brother Abel might be appointed and Wm Ware the [ ] is nearly Seventy years old and in [ ] [ ] Bucknam and Nash were strongly opposed to separation
