5 Sec. 52d line after the word "Rail Road" by adding the words, and to pass and repass thereon with their engines and cars, subject to the rules and regulations of this corporation respecting their own cars upon the same part of the road, and paying the same freight and tolls as would be requested for the Cars of this Corporation - and the question of adopting said amendment, being ordered to be taken by yeas and nays, was decided in the affirmative as follows to wit: Yeas. Messrs. Benson, Clark, Frye Greene, Jarvis, Jewett, Mantor, Pierce, Purinton, Robinson, Severance, Swift and Weeks - 13. Nays. Messrs. Fish, Johnson, Miller, Spear, Staples and Talbot - 6. And said Bill was further amended and laid upon the table
