meaning hereby together with the land acquired by said resolve which I have executed to the satisfaction of the said Commissioners fully and effectually to conform to the conditions of said resolve and to accept said Deed in full of all claims and demands on said Commonwealth by myself or said Winslow on account of the provisions, And I do hereby covenant with said Commonwealth that my right under, & authority from said Winslow is ample and sufficient for this purpose, and to give full effect to this release.

To have and to hold to the said Commonwealth the Successors and Assigns forever all the rights above described and to their use and belief forever. In testimony whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twelfth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty.
