I will spend this Sunday evening in writing to you to let you know how we are getting along we are well and was glad to hear that you was well I received your letter of the 22d day of Octo you wanted me to write you where how long we wer going to stay and where we wer going to winter we do not know how long we shall stay here nor wher we shall go from here so I cannot tell you any thing about it at presint so you may Direct your letters the same as you did before till you here different from me you wanted me to write you if I was sory that I took Lyman with me I am not at
