adopted by the general Assembly of Ohio, proposing an amendment of the Constitution , made a report -- read and accepted. Sent down for concurrence.

The Committee, to which was referred an order relative to unincorporated townships valued and taxed in the State tax for the year 1831, made a report -- read and accepted, in concurrence.

On motion of Mr. Benson, Ordered, that there be allowed and made up on the Pay Roll the sum of Five Dollars for each of the Chaplains who officiated personally or by substitute in the Senate during the present session.

On motion of Mr. Jewett, Ordered, that the Secretary of the Senate be directed to make up the Pay Roll of the Senate and its officers including Monday next, April 4th.
