State of Maine In Senate Feb. 7 1831

Ordered that so much of the Governor's com- munication of 25th of January, [?] as relates to the Memorial of the American Convention for promoting the abolition of Slavery + improving the Condition of the African race, be[?] referred to Messrs Hutchinson and Morse --- with such as the House may join, with house to ref ["with house to ref" struck out]
