[And?] Burnham Nov. 9th [J.?] L. [H ] Adj Gen Dr Sir can you inform me to what Regt and company James Pickard belongs I think he enlisted as a recruit to the 2nd Regt some time in the month of March 1862. He was taken prisoner at the first Frederick burr battle and paroled and the last that was heard from him he was at Camp Parole in Maryland.
