Know ye, that Joseph L Hutching a Private of Capt F C Foss' Company the 2nd Regt of Maine vols who was enrolled on the 25th day of April 1861 to serve three years is hereby discharged from the service of the United States this nineteenth of July 1862 at Philadelphia by reason of surgeon certificate of disability
