Adjt Genl. State of Maine

Sir

I have the honour to request that you would forward me a certificate of my discharge having lost it during my second term of service. I enlisted in May 61 in Capt Chas Tilden's Co "B" 2nd Maine Infty., discharged at Bangor 63.
