STATE OF MAINE. At a Circuit Court of Common Pleas, begun and holden at Castine within and for the County of [?] on the 2nd day of July A.D. 1820. [?] SS. On this eleventh day of July 1820, being the first day of said term, personally appeared in open court, being a court of record by the laws of said state, with power of fine and imprisonment Ebenezer Frye aged 75 years, resident in Northport in said count, who being first duly sworn according to law doth on his oath declare that he served in the revolutionary war as follows, to wit:
