[Extra session of L.L.L.P. Kennebec County]

Ordered, [underline] That a committee be appointed to consider the expediency of providing by law for an extra session of Circuit Court of Common Pleas for the second Eastern Circuit to be holden at Augusta in the County of Kennebec during the month of June instant - and Mr Abbot of Castine, Mr Greenleaf of Portland, Mr Sprague of Hallowell were appointed said committee.

Ordered, [underlined] That Messrs Moody + Ripley with such as the House may join be a committee to wait on William King Esqr and inform him that he has been elected agreeably to the provisions of the Constitution Governor [bold] of the State of Maine, and that the two Houses will convene in the Representatives Chamber for the purpose of constitutionally qualifying him for that office whenever it may be convenient for him to attend for that purpose.
