He has been in all the engagements the Regt has been in since it has been in the service, he distinguished himself in the battle of Bull Run, was bold and daring, and I do not hesitate to say, that he is one of the handsomest and best soldiers in the Regt. and is capable of filling any place in the Regt that you might give him.
