[page 90] Dr. Butler: I find there prevails a wrong impression in regard to my position here and what I have said before the Committee. And the question has been asked, how is, after I ^have said I was under obligation to some of the officers of the hospital that I should appear here- Mr. Pettangall: It seems to me that a personal explanation is hardly pertinant [pertinent] to this case.
