[C.C.C. Pleas committee to discharged] Ordered that the vote concurring with the Senate in committing that part of the Governors Message relating to the Circuit Court of Common Pleas to a joint committee &c, be reconsidered & the Committee appointed on the part of the House discharged.
[same subject] A motion was made that the House non concur with [with] the Senate in appointing a committee upon that part of the Governors Message relating to the Circuit - Court of Common Pleas - after some desultory debate on the subject, on motion of Mr. Adams of Portland, Ordered that the further consideration of the same be postponed to Monday next at 11 o'clock.
