[Report of Board of Jurisprudence.]

To the Senate and House of Representatives

The Board of Jurisprudence authorized by your Resolve of the 15 of June last, has been organized by appointing the Judges of the Supreme Judicial Court to perform the services contemplated. They have given to the subject committed to them their most most particular attention and have forwarded to me to be presented for your consideration, such of the Statutes as have been digested which together with their report explaining their mode of proceeding, the Secretary will lay before you. The Suggestion of the Board that all the Laws of the Colony, Province and Commonwealth relating to real estate not now in force should be collected and published in an appendix will no doubt receive your favorable consideration. William King. Council Chamber Jany 15th 1821.
