[Committee - on promulgation of Laws. &c —] On motion of Mr Adams of Portland, Ordered, That Messrs Adams of Portland, Sands of Lyman & Eames of Clinton with such as the Senate may join be a committee to consider & report in what manner the Laws & Resolves passed the present session of the Legislature shall be promulgated with leave to report by Bill or otherwise — read and passed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Petitions - John Rockwood — Saml McLellan] Petitions — of John Rockwood and another that the doings of Belgrade may be legalized — of Samuel McLellan, Junr that his marriage with Eliza Jones may be declared null and void on account of her incontinence before marriage — were severally read and referred to the committee on New Trials. Sent up for concurrence.

[Remonstrance - of Scarboro.] Remonstrance of Selectmen of the town of Scarboro against the incorporation of a town by the name of Albion — read and referred to the committee on the incorporation of Towns. Sent up for concurrence.
