[Committee on altering law respecting the qualifying officers &c &c] Ordered that Messrs Shaw of Newport, Rust of Norway and Morrill of Monmouth be a Committee to enquire into the expediency of altering so much of the Law of the 13th of June last as relates to qualifying Civil Military Officers with leave to report by Bill or otherwise. read & passed.
