[Bill - regulating judicial process - additional] Bill entitled "an additional act regulating Judicial process & proceedings was read a second time as reported in a new draft and Monday next at 10 o'clock assigned for a 3d reading.

[Report -on pet of Individuals of Vinalhaven -] The committee on the petition of certain inhabitants of Vinalhaven that a part of said town may be incorporated by the name of North — reported an order of notice. The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.

[Rep. on pet. of Samuel Davis] The committee on the petition of Samuel Davis to be set off from Harrington and annexed to Steuben — reported an order of notice — The report accepted in Senate came down for concurrence — and the House concurred.

[Bill - taxes on unimproved lands.] Bill "respecting the collection of taxes on unimproved lands not taxable by the assessors of any town or plantation" being reported with amendments at "a"&"b" which were adopted - was read a 2nd time & monday next at 10 oclock was assigned for a 3d reading.

[Report on paymt of monies in State Treasury &c &c] The committee to whom was referred the order respecting the payment of monies into the State Treasury — & also the order prescribing the duties of the Treasurer reported a bill embracing the subject of both orders - report read and accepted.
