Petition of Samuel Patterson and others Inhabitants of Lovell praying to be annexed to Sweden. Read and committed to the joint standing Committee on Incorporation of Towns. Sent up for concurrence.

[Committee - apportionment of Representations on towns - &c &c]

Ordered, That a Committee be raised consisting of three from the Counties of York, Cumberland, Lincoln and Kennebec and two from each of the other Counties for the purpose of apportioning the Representation of the several Counties, Towns and Classes agreeably to the provision of the Constitution. Read and passed.
