Bill - divorcing Samuel McLellan from his wife The Bill "making void the marriage of Samuel McLellan Junior and Eliza his wife, which passed this House today came back from the Senate with an amendment at A for the con-currence of the House — and the House concurred.

Notice to Genl. John McDonald of his election An order of the Senate directing the Secretary of State to inform the Governor that the two branches of the Legislature have elected Brig. Genl. John McDonalds Major General to command the first Division of Militia, came down for concur-rence — and the House concurred.

Resolve — roads thoughts public lands — Resolve from the Senate to extend the time for making certain roads through the public lands — was read and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
