The committee on bills in the 3d reading reported as duly engrossed, Resolve, allowing compensation to Samuel Emerson and Abiel Hall Junr for medical & surgical services - in favor of James Bridge - providing for the printing & distribution of blank returns of votes - making valid the doings of the town of Joy - which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence
