[Bills enacted -] The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed Bill "to incorporate the Portland Steam Boat Navigation company - - "an additional act respecting the Wiscasset Bank"- - "to establish a ministerial and School fund in the town of Sangerville" - - "to incorporate the Frankfort meeting house Corporation" - "to establish the Salaries the Justices of the Court of Common Pleas" - - "to incorporate the Trustees of the Castine School Fund" - which were severally passed to be enacted. Sent up for concurrence.

[Resolves - finally passed] The same committee reported as duly engrossed - Resolve "in favor of certain Clergymen: - "on the petition of Nancy Buckman Administration" which were severally finally passed. Sent up for concurrence.

[Resolve - land for Passamaquoddy Indians] Mr Balch obtained leave to lay on the table a Resolve, "authorizing the purchase of two hundred acres of land for the use of the Passamaquoddy Indians" was read twice & passed to be engrossed Sent up for concurrence

[Bill -additional pay to attorney General -] Bill "allowing additional pay to the Attorney General was read a third time & passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.
