[Bill - ministerial funds in Buxton] Bill from the Senate "relating to the ministerial funds of the Congregational Society in Buxton" was read a first, second and third time and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the Senate.

[Bills - enacted] The committee on engrossed bills reported as duly engrossed. Bill "to alter the time of holding the Court of Sessions in the County of Washington" - "to secure to owners their logs, masts and timber" - "to incorporate the Proprietors of the Great Marsh on Pleasant River" - "in addition to an act establishing & regulating the fees of the several officers & other persons therein mentioned - "to apportion and assess on this State a tax of forty thousand, three hundred & forty three dollars & twenty seven cents" which were severally passed to be enacted.
