Leave of absence Mr Morrill of Wells has leave of absence during the remainder of the Session.

pet. Thos De Carteret Petition of Thomas De Carteret praying that the Judge of Probate for the County of Cumberland may be allowed to renew a Commission on the estate of N. Jenks + deceased. Read and committed to the joint stand-ing Committee on New Trials. Sent up for concurrence

Pet. George Reid + als Petition of George Reid and others for leave to build a Wing dam on Damariscotta River. Read and committed to Messrs Robinson of New Castle, Bodwell of Shapleigh and Gay of Farmington.
