Bill "providing for the punishment of the Crimes of Robbery and other Larcenies and for the prevention thereof" being reported with amendments which are adopted.

Agreeably to assignment, the Report of the Joint Committee on the petition of the Inhabitants of North Yarmouth for a new Town was taken and after much discussion of the subject the report was rejected pro 50. con. 62.
