Thursday morning February 7th 1822 - [Bill referred] Mr Buxton from the Committee on Incorporation of Parishes &c to whom was referred the Bill to establish the Buxport Ministerial Fund reported that the same be referred to the next legislature - Report read and accepted - Sent down for concurrence came up concurred -

[Bill] The following Bills having been twice read passed to be engrossed to with Bill to incorporate the Frankfort meeting House Corporation sent down for concurrence -

Bill to Incorporate the Portland Steam Navigation Company as taken into a new draft - sent down for concurrence - Bill to incorporate the town of Monson - in concurrence with the House - ["] Bill to apportion and asses a Tax on this State of Forty thousand three hundred and forty three dollars and twenty seven cents - was read and committed to Messrs Dennett & Burnham and this afternoon at 4 o'clock assigned for a second reading. - [Resolve] Resolve laying a tax on the several counties in the State passed to be engrossed in the House - came up for concurrence Read and committed to Messrs Poor and Merrill - Resolve respecting State standards and musical instruments amended in the House - came up for concurrence. Read and passed to be engrossed as amended in concurrence with the House. Resolve fixing the place for the meeting of the next Legislature amended by the House came up for concurrence - Read and passed to be engrossed in concurrence with the House

[Bill] Bill additional to the Act to ascertain the quality of Butter &c was read and committed to Messrs O'Brien and Case - and this afternoon at four o'clock assigned for a second reading.
