[186] [1822 Feb. 8-] On motion Ordered that Messrs Bond and Case be a committee to consider if any and what additional allowance be made up in the Pay Roll to the Secretary of the Senate for filing the papers and making up the Records of the Senate after the adjournment of the Legislature - [Compensations to Sec'y of Senate for making up Journal &c.] Mr Bond from the Committee to whom was referred the subject of compensation to the Secretary of the Senate for making up records &c after the rising of the Legislature reported the following Order - to wit - Ordered that the Secretary of the Senate be made up on the Pay Roll ten additional days in full compensation for filing the papers and making up the Records of the Senate after the rising of the Legislature - and the same was read and passed. [Report on petition] Mr Green from the Committee on incorporation of towns reported that the petition of Collig Comins & others of Jarvis' Gore be referred to the next Legislature - Report read and accepted Sent down for concurrence - came up concurred. - [Bills enacted] The Committee on engrossed Bills reported the following Bills to be truly engrossed and they were severally passed to be enacted by their titles to wit - An Act to incorporate the South Berwick Bank An Act to establish a Ministerial and School Fund in the town of Sangerville - An Act to establish the Salaries of the Justices of the Court of Common Pleas - An Additional Act respecting the Wiscasset Bank - An Act in addition to an Act to establish Courts of Sessions

An additional Act for the Inspection of Fish - An Act to incorporate the Portland Steam Boat Navigation Company - and - An Act to authorize the sale of Ministerial and School lands in the town of Lubec. -
