Bill - Notaries Public In Senate FebY 22nd 1821 The Senate respectfully request the House of Representatives to send up the Bill entitled an Act "concerning Notaries Public" which passed in the Senate to be engrossed & was sent down for concurrence. Read, request granted, and papers sent up.

Bill - Inholders & Bill "for the regulation of Inholders, Retailers and common victuallers" being reported in a new draft with amendments which are adopted. Read a third time and passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence Adjourned until tomorrow morning at nine oclock.
