Resolve - allowing Compensation to James Bridge & Albert Newhall & Wm Swan Resolve allowing compensation to james bridge Albert Newhall & William Swan Esqrs for their services as a Committee to investigate the doings of certain Banks in this State was agreeably to assignment called up and the further consideration thereof postponed until tomorrow at 10 oclock and committed to Messrs Johnson of Belfast, Spofford of Deer Isle and Bodwell of Shapleigh.

Kennebunk - Literacy & Moral Society - Bill "to incorporate the Kennebunk Literary & Moral Society" being reported with amendments which are adopted. Read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - Bail - Bill "regulating Bail in Civil Actions" Read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.

Bill - Depositions Bill "prescribing the mode of taking Depositions" Read a third time & passed to be engrossed. Sent up for concurrence.
